Hard to tell of this is ICE or PD, but easy to see its FUCT UP! Watch at the start: Hands up? Surrender? Pistol whip!!! 🤬
When he surrendered they unnecessarily abuse him. Pistol whipped him and knocked him to the curb.
Why did they do that? They coulda cuffed him standing - he surrendered.
And once he was subdued wtf is the officer with the K9 even doing??? Creating unnecessary risk? Yes. Put the fucking dog away, jerk, they got him already.
If this is an ICE op its pretty clear PD is working with them here.
If this is all PD then this kid should have a law suit on deck
The way things go down in this video just ain't right.
