If you're paying attention here's the pattern: ICE surges in a city until Court orders restrict them, then they hit the next...
... I may be overgeneralizing a bit there, but it is a pattern we've seen in LA, Chicgo, now Minneapolis: ICE comes in hot with aggressive unconstitutional and even criminal tactics until a judge tells them no... but then they go to another jurisdiction and do the same thing.
I'd like to see States be proactive to restrict ICE BEFORE they show up, not after, otherwise we'll continue to see this habitual linestepper pattern from ICE city to city.
One of the the things they do is to baselessly arrest people. That is, arrest people who actually have done nothing wrong just to harass them in a way and get them out of their way temporarily. That's gotta be illegal, right?

Prosecutors in several cases asked judges to dismiss charges after litigation repeatedly revealed evidence contradicting the Department of Homeland Security’s claims about incidents between agents and members of the public."

IF YOU'RE REFUSING TO GIVE THEM DUE PROCESS --> THEN IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION
IF YOU'RE SHOWING UP TO STALK THEM AT USMC GRADUATION CEREMONIES --> THEN IT WAS NEVER ABOUT PATRIOTISM
IF YOU'RE KIDNAPPING THEM FROM NEIGHBORHOODS, CHURCHES, AND SCHOOLS --> THEN IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THEM REFUSING OUR COMMUNITIES
IF YOU'RE SPENDING BILLIONS TO DO IT--> THEN IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE ECONOMY
NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE.
ABOLISH ICE. ARREST THE REGIME.
