This sort of "oversight" (dereliction, operational failure) could be at the root of some of the KIA we've already seen. In any case, if they don't improve it absolutely will be the reason we take KIA - I mean, aside from the felon in chief starting an unconstitutional war, that is. Maybe making a leaky faucet signal-gater the head of the Armed Forces and not holding him accountable for spillage was a bad example?
Yes, it was. Oh and not to mention the classified docs theft stuff the felon POTUS engaged in as well. Our entire security standard is lowered because of the leaky folks at the top. It's gonna get troops killed.
