El Paso Cops Beat Autistic Woman While Subdued

This is really messed up. These cops seem under trained and are clearly way outta line.
Why do we tolerate this type of abuse as if it's normal and acceptable? We need to change the standards for qualified immunity, if not get rid of it altogether.
