Is Tennessee the Most Racist State Government?

This oppressive policy is going to cost Tennessee. Why pay for this? Racism. Any possible use of this data by the schools and the state is a violation of the students and their families' right to privacy, isn't it?
At this point I believe that Tennessee has the most racist state government of any state, by the way.
If you've kept up with all the things the GOPedo has been doing there to abuse their power but think another state legislature is worse in its attacks on people of color these days, please, do tell.
Tennessee's red power super majority has been even more foul than Texas's. They're both horrible and anti equality state regimes, but Tennessee is the worst.
Fuck this law. Abolish ICE.
I hope someone challenges this law in court and gets it struck down before wasting any resources or manifesting any data occurs. It's absolutely ridiculous that these psychos would waste $55 million dollars to try and invade families privacy through the school system.
It is not the job of the school system to collect this data.
On a sidenote, it shows the hypocrisy further that the red majority would push this issue but not answer up for data on school vouchers people are requesting. As typical or the republican party today they do favors for the rich at the expense of the poor.
This situation is another terrible example of government acting entitled to take what they want and to require what they want from people, while also behaving as if they have no duty to ANSWER to the People at all! It's seditious conduct, on some level, fundamentally.
In other words, it's totally ass backwards in Tennessee. Someone needs to remind their state government that the People are the boss, not the state.
