Yes, Good Was Murdered. Was it Premeditated?

The REAL question is: Was it PREMEDITATED MURDER?
Since the murder of Renee Good - starting immediately after - this ever deceiving and self serving treasonous regime has pushed a number of false narratives that have been propagating:
Lie 1: she was a terrorist
Lie 2: she was attacking the agent(s)
Lie 3: she was blocking them
Lie 4: she was killed in self defense
Lie 5: killing her was the correct action by the agent
What other lies are there?
Aside from that narrative directly from the regime there have been lots of assumptions being thrown around as well by people, for example:
- the agent was untrained
- the agent reasonably feared for his life
- there was nothing else he could have done, it happened too fast
Here's my two cents, but it adds up to more than that:
First, let's be clear:
HE WAS NOT "UNTRAINED" HE HAS 10 YEARS OF ICE + MILITARY TRAINING.
HE COULD HAVE TAKEN 1 STEP RIGHT AND GOTTEN OUT OF THE WAY.
Try this at home: stand in front of your car right by where he was... compare how quickly you can draw, aim, and fire vs. taking one step right.
Moving is easier and faster. He CHOSE not to move INTENTIONALLY.
Also, there have been reports of him having some connection/support of white supremacy. I'm not sure about the veracity
But, now, food for thought:
If I was a white supremacist (or even if I wasnt but just a loyal magat) and supporter of this regime, working for ICE...
... being encouraged to go after my objectives regardless of the laws and to overcome any obstacles to that objective - AS IF ITS A WAR against anyone who opposes me...
... and I've been frustrated by the efforts of locals opposing me... pesky liberals and their rights - terrorist Antifa!...
... and especially by white women who "ought to fall in line" and need to "learn their lesson" (as we've heard from ICE)
You know what I might do?
I might purposely put myself in a position of danger to manufacture a "justified" killing.
That'll teach that dirty leftist liberal uppity sellout.
"Fucking bitch."
That'll teach THEM ALL.
He knew he wasn't supposed to go in front of the vehicle. He's no rookie...
Yet, not only does he go back in forth in front of it MORE THAN ONCE FOR NO CLEAR PURPOSE...
... he actually kinda "hangs out" there!
... and basically waits until she takes action to leave to make sure he is:
- positioned in a spot that he can claim entitles him to self defense shooting but doesn't actually put him at real risk of injury
- positioned in a spot where he has a clean shot
- my guess is even though he had an "easy" angle of fire the first shot didnt do the job because of the windshield glass
SO HE MADE SURE TO SHOOT TWO MORE THRU THE OPEN WINDOW.
THIS IS A STATE SPONSORED PREMEDITATED MURDER.
THE QUESTION ISN'T: "WAS IT MURDER?"
THE QUESTION IS:
WHY HASN'T THIS PREMEDITATED MURDERER BEEN ARRESTED YET???
